By accessing or using egirlcovers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including browsers, models/creators, artists/buyers, and administrators.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to egirlcovers. By uploading content, you grant egirlcovers a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

Creator Representations

• You own or have the rights to all content you upload.
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• You have obtained necessary model releases where applicable.
• Your content does not contain illegal material.
• AI-generated and deepfake content is strictly prohibited.

egirlcovers facilitates licensing agreements between creators and buyers. License terms are defined at the time of transaction and may include:

• Streaming Cover — Usage on DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• Music Video & Social — YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, promotional content
• Commercial Merch — Physical goods, vinyl, posters, apparel
• Exclusive Buyout — Full exclusive rights, listing removed after purchase
• Non-Exclusive — Can be licensed to multiple buyers

egirlcovers acts as an intermediary. Final licensing terms are agreed upon between parties with our facilitation. We are not a party to the license itself.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without authorization
• Circumvent payment or licensing systems
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Manipulate platform features (fake reviews, spam inquiries)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on egirlcovers infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to hello@egirlcovers.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will investigate and remove infringing content within a reasonable timeframe. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, egirlcovers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless egirlcovers, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or platform notification.
